How does the training at waytowin work?
The starting position
Ideally, you should make a performance diagnosis with us before starting training, so that we can recognize your adjusting screws correctly.
Your time budget
Training should be fun and not cause stress, therefore you determine the time budget for your training. We help you to get the maximum out of your time budget.
The right methods
Based on your starting position and your goal, we choose the appropriate training methods to bring you closer to your goal.
Our training does not only work by numbers, but also takes into account your body feeling and your everyday situation. Be it after illness, stressful phases or other unforeseen changes – we regularly adapt your plan optimally to you. We attach great importance to close consultation between you and your trainer in order to achieve optimal training goals in the long term.
Balancing training and nutrition
Bad nutrition can’t be trained away. The best training strategies only lead to maximum success if the diet is supportive. The same applies to compensatory training. One-sided training leads to muscular imbalances in the long run and thus restricts optimal training adaptation and regeneration. For this reason we accompany you with strength and athletic plans and suggest nutrition guidelines.
